A Florida licensed auctioneer and a fully accredited member of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA), Linda Saft brings three decades of experience in the arts and antiques market to the appraisal of personal property collections.

As Whitley’s in-house Appraiser, Linda produces appraisal reports in a manner that best serves our clients, including any applicable legal, oversight, or regulatory requirements.

Linda is qualified by education, experience, and professional accomplishments and holds a membership in good standing with the International Society of Appraisers. All of her reports are written to the most stringent industry standards and are in full compliance with the Appraisal Foundation’s Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPSP) as well as to standards accepted by the IRS, insurance companies, financial institutions and museums.

Linda formerly owned White Orchid Antiques of Malvern and Media, Pennsylvania, a house specializing in decorative arts and antiques, interior decor consultation, and appraisal services. She exhibited at the Armory Shows, The New York Pier Show, the McLean Antique Show, the Sarasota Antique Show, and the Boston Antiques and Design Show.

After 28 years in business, Linda moved to South Florida to oversee a major appraisal for the Weiner Museum of Decorative Arts in Dania Beach, the region’s hub for antiques and decorative arts.
