You won’t believe it but the jug turned up today, safe and sound. This is an extremely rare piece, so I was much relieved.

The reason why he arrived safe and sound is because he was packed beyond excellently. I do not know who packed this jug, but can you convey my sincere thanks and appreciation to them. I did business with Lion and Unicorn, and with various other auction houses and galleries which are part of Live Auctioneers. In general most of them, if not all, were more than acceptable in their way of doing business and their attention to the customer.

However Lion and Unicorn was the most professional, the most attentive to the client and the most accessible. I dealt with this organization thorugh the phone, e-mail and the Live Auctioneers channels and it was alwasy a pleasure to deal with them. The description of the items up for auction was excellent, the auctions themselves were well carried out and they even facilitated the tranport of the items obtained by me to Canada (which can sometimes be less than simple). I expect to be doing business with Lion and Unicorn again in the future.
