A career in architectural, advertising and visual effects Modelmaking inevitably led to an interest in antiques and fine art, so when the digital world took over that of Modelmaking, Paul’s attentions naturally turned to his other passions of art and antiques.

A regular on the Antiques Fair circuit in the UK, international collectors will know him from the many events at the Gallery of Amazing Things and of course Whitley’s Auctioneers events.

Paul is the publisher of the Doulton Collectors Club magazine, where he continues his family’s long tradition in the fields of publishing and print.

Paul’s interests in the world of antiques and fine art extend from pottery to include silver, paintings and furniture. He can be found in auction houses up and down England searching out his next carefully selected acquisition.

Paul runs his own successful business in the UK, as well as travelling the world to meet collectors and impart his knowledge and enthusiasm for art and antiques.
